What should I expect during an appointment?

When you arrive to our Dental Studio, our staff will greet you and seat you in our waiting room.

We will examine you as quick as possible, though please note our average waiting time is roughly 15 minutes.

Your first visit to our dental studio is an opportunity for you to learn about us, and for us to become more familiar with you and your needs.

As a gum surgeon, Dr. Rashti will perform a thorough head and neck examination, including your teeth, gums and mouth.

After the exam, we will fully inform you of our findings and recommended treatment options. Time will be available for you to ask questions and express any concerns you may have.

We look forward to working with you and providing you with the most comfortable setting, and the best possible results.

Do you have imaging (X-Rays, CT-Scan) at your location?

Yes! Ordinary x-rays, panoramic mouth views, CT-scan, bone mass density scanner or laser imager (digital developer) can all be performed in our dental studio.

Will you accept children as patients?

Unfortunately we do not examine or treat children at our clinic, but we can happily recommend you to one of our fellow reputable partners.

What happens if I am currently taking and/or require medication after my procedure?

Dr. Rashti may prescribe any medication that you may need for and during your treatment for your condition. Please let us know in case you have any allergies or other medical conditions.

If you have already been taking drugs prescribed by your home doctor, please bring them with you for clarification or possible drug interactions and correlations with the new condition.

What are your payment and billing policies?

Financing is not a problem at our dental studio. Our financial policy is very flexible and suits most of our patients’ needs.

Will you accept my insurance?

Our dental studio accepts PPO Dental Insurances, Cash, Credit Cards, Care Credit and more.

If this is not your case or if you have no insurance coverage, then you will be required to pay the bill in cash or credit card at the beginning or end of treatment.

The original receipt, the signed copy of the credit card bill, the medical report in English and the results of tests performed are given to you in order to be delivered to your private or state insurance for reimbursement.

An estimate of consultation fees and costs, investigations or surgery are all available upon request.

Do I need a referral?

If you have private insurance with an affiliate, the referral can be sent from your insurance company to us by fax or e-mail.

We suggest that you contact your insurance in order to obtain this referral before your visit to our dental studio.

If you don’t have any insurance coverage, please feel free to call and visit us. The billing procedure is as explained above.
